Shepherd Market is a small business-lined precinct featuring two small squares, one with a northern recess in Mayfair,
David produced several paintings in and around the area,
remarkably, many of the buildings remain, including the pub 'The Grapes'
although these days, as with many parts of London, you are more likely to find wine bars and up-market restaurants than a fruit and vegetable stall.
